Before any excavation begins, we contact OUPS and Kentucky 811 to have all underground utilities located and marked. We treat every utility locate as a serious step, not a formality.

Spoil management is a significant cost and logistics consideration on large commercial excavation projects. We coordinate the excavation handoff directly with your foundation contractor or engineer of record. We provide grade verification photos and can produce simple documentation of excavation dimensions for project records. Getting the foundation crew on-site quickly after excavation is complete is the goal — we don't create delays at the transition.
