About Liteworks Co.
Excavation, drainage, grading, demolition, and site prep for homeowners who need the ground fixed without the property getting wrecked.
The Liteworks standard
Not just dirt work. Outcome work.
We think through the hidden parts first: access, water, grade, utilities, cleanup, and what the site needs to be ready for next.
sitework projects completed
acres cleared and reclaimed
years around equipment and land work
reputation built on clean work
Why Liteworks exists
Too many contractors treat residential sitework like a commodity. Show up, move dirt, send the invoice. That is how homeowners end up with ruts, drainage problems, vague scope, and a mess the next contractor has to fix.
Liteworks was built for the space between big commercial earthwork and small handyman work. Serious equipment. Clear communication. A finish that respects the property.
How we judge the job
What makes us different
Anyone can advertise equipment. The difference is knowing when to use it, where to stage it, what not to damage, and how to leave the site ready for the next phase.
Heavy equipment when the job needs power. Smaller, controlled equipment when access, turf, trees, or nearby structures matter.
Clay soil, steep yards, wet basements, tight driveways, hidden utilities, and drainage problems are normal here. We plan around them.
A cheap quote gets expensive when the plan is vague. We talk through access, spoil, drainage, cleanup, and handoff before work starts.
The goal is not just moving dirt. It is leaving the property ready for the builder, landscaper, concrete crew, pool crew, or homeowner.
Meet the team
Liteworks is led by Alex Boyd and Zach O'Dell, the same operator-minded partnership behind Brushworks. The work is different, but the standard is the same: capable equipment, clear scope, clean finish.

Co-Founder, Head of Operations
Zach runs the field side: equipment, operators, staging, production, and finish. He is the reason jobs stay controlled when the ground is tight, wet, steep, or full of surprises.
Our commitment
The Liteworks promise is not fancy. It is practical: understand the site, do the work cleanly, communicate clearly, and make the next step easier.
Read customer reviewsAccess, utilities, water, soil, slope, nearby structures, material movement, and cleanup all affect the price and result.
Good sitework is not just what gets removed or moved. It is what does not get damaged in the process.
Clear scope, clear expectations, and direct updates. No ghosting. No vague daily-rate guessing.
Foundation, drainage, gravel, concrete, landscaping, or just a usable yard. The handoff matters.
Ready when the site is not
