Why Liteworks exists

Meet the team
Liteworks is led by Alex Boyd and Zach O'Dell, the same operator-minded partnership behind Brushworks. The work is different, but the standard is the same: capable equipment, clear scope, clean finish.
Co-Founder, Sales & Strategy
Alex handles consultations, project strategy, and the customer side of the work. His job is to understand what the property needs to do afterward, then make sure the scope is clear before equipment shows up.
Co-Founder, Head of Operations
Zach runs the field side: equipment, operators, staging, production, and finish. He is the reason jobs stay controlled when the ground is tight, wet, steep, or full of surprises.
